Qi Gong

I am a teacher of Dao Yin Qi Gong. This form of exercising is for health improvement and preservation.

There are many forms of Qi Gong. Dao Yin is the oldest and is based on the same underlying system of knowledge as Acupuncture. My own personal experience of training in Qi Gong over the last 17 years is that it provides a reliable uplift to physical, emotional and mental health.
